We learned something about Eddie Van Halen recently: The man does not like wet hands. The lesson came courtesy of Brent Smith, the lead singer of Shinedown. As the story goes, Brent and his band were on tour with Van Halen back in ’04. During the tour, Brent and Eddie had become bros and one day Brent pulled the classic high-five-with-a-wet-hand prank on Eddie. Pretty innocent, right? Well, Eddie didn’t seem to think so. We can’t tell the story of how the guitar god got his revenge as awesomely as Brent did, so check it out below in the first installment of our “Now I Can Die” video series.
