Brooke Hogan might be hot and sexy, but the young pop singer is now facing probably the saddest moment of her life, as her parents are now on the verge of breaking up. Last November 20, her mother Linda Bollea recently filed for divorce against WWE wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan (Terry Gene Bollea in real life), calling the 24-year marriage “irretrievably broken” and seeking half of the couple’s $9.5M in assets.
Being the couple’s eldest daughter, Brooke, 19, is not legally subject to child support requirements, while her brother Nick, 17, will be dealing with shared parental responsibility. If petition will be granted, Nick will live with Linda and their father Hogan will be allowed to have liberal visitation rights. Up to now, Brooke has chosen to keep silent about the family’s situation.
Born in Tampa, Florida, the young and sexy Brooke took dance classes, voice lessons, gymnastics, and cheerleading in high school. She was just 13 when she was introduced to record executive Lou Pearlman. But her big break came via the VH1 reality show “Hogan Knows Best”, in which she appeared with her parents and Nick.
Brooke released an album in 2006, Undiscovered, and is now working on her second one to be released next year. The hot and sexy celebrity also appeared in the November 2006 edition of FHM, becoming the first cover girl under twenty-one. As a result, the November issue had no liquor advertising, as FHM doesn’t want to be in the position of seeming to market to anyone under age.
