Rock The Park : This monthly music event is under the Tampa Museum of Art overhang, so rain isn’t a problem. The museum is free from 5 to 9 p.m. and the reggae-soul band Hip Abduction takes the stage at 6:30 p.m. at Curtis Hixon Park, 600 N Ashley Drive, Tampa. Free.
Bruce Mau Live: The influential designer and author will talk about and sign his latest book The Third Teacher: 79 Ways You Can Use Design to Transform Teaching & Learning at 7 p.m. at University of South Florida Theater I, 4202 E Fowler Ave., Tampa. Free.

American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior, 9 p.m., TLC: Senior already is reaching out to Pauly and Mikey, and OCC needs to build a bike for the Science Channel’s Meteorite Men . Okay, Discover Communications, it’s not fair to hire one show to build a bike for another show.
Futurama, 10 p.m., Comedy Central: When this show first started back up, we questioned whether it could get back up to speed. A mutant uprising led by Leela shows it was firing on all cylinders back when the Flying Spaghetti Monster made a cameo.
