Kingdom Hearts II is a collaboration between Square Enix And Disney Interactive. So, don’t be surprised to see many familiar Disney characters as well, in this game. The player is Sora who joins Mickey Mouse, Donald, Goofy and gang to journey through several popular Disney-inspired worlds to resolves the troubles caused by Organization XIII, the Heartless, Maleficent and Pete, and local villains

Review for Kingdom Hearts II:

  • The formula in Kingdom Hearts II is quite similiar to Kingdom Heart I, but much of the gameplay has changed.
  • In this game, you play as Sora, a young boy that wields the keyblade. The keyblade is a weapon that is both useful as a key to unlock other worlds and as a method for destroying the heartless, a species of monster that is taking over the Disney lands.
  • Kingdom Hearts II gives you a certain amount of freedom, both in determining your characters attributes and in resigning yourself to standard combat.
  • Most of the Disney worlds take you through the story of the movie, so the dialogue is often taken directly from the source material.
  • As you play through the game, you’ll also be able to discover summon entities. Since the summons from the previous game (Mushu and Simba) now have their own levels, you’ll be working with new summons for this game.
  • one of the new features of the game is a meter known as the Drive Gauge. The Drive Gauge has two functions, to transform into a “Drive Form” or to summon a special character.

My Rating for Kingdom Hearts II: 8.7 out of 10

Kingdom Hearts II Cheats:

  • Unlockable: Summon Stitch

Once you have the Master Form, you’ll find it in the hallway to the computer room in Hollow Bastion.

  • Unlockable: Summon Peter Pan

After the second visit to Port Royal, you’ll find it in the ship graveyard.

  • Unlockable: Summon Chicken Little

In the 100 Acre Woods, you can pick it up after the world’s second cutscene.

  • Instant Max Drive Glitch

If you want your drive bar maxed, all you have to do is, go to the Underworld tournament. Talk to Panic, after talking to him, a screen of all the Tournaments pop up. Choose any one, and once you enter the first battle, your Drive Bar will be completely filled. Pause, and select quit. When you leave, your bar is still full.

This will help you level up forms and summons quicker.

Also, if you return to the world map while in a drive form you will have a full drive gauge.

  1. I just got done playing Kingdom Hearts. They’ve got me hooked. I’ve got to find a blockbuster that has Kingdom Hearts II right away, or else it’ll kill me! hahah. I am soooo glad this got a good rating!

  2. I disagree, I would give KH2 a 7 of 10.
The main reason is that compared to KH1 it was to easy. I liked all the new abilities in the game but they should have made the enemies HARDER!!!
It took me 3 years to beat KH1 and only 2 months to beat KH2
    TOO EASY!!!!!!!!

  3. Nice article..I tell my friend to read this and bookmark..
