Music by the Luther Badman Keith Blues Band will highlight a fund-raiser for Alternatives for Girls, today at Seldom Blues in downtown Detroit. The benefit raises funds for the southwest Detroit nonprofit organization which provides housing and educational opportunities to homeless teenage girls.
The event runs 6-9 p.m. at the supper club, 400 Renaissance Center. Tickets cost $50 and include a buffet dinner. Tickets can be purchased at the event. Details: 313-361-4000, ext. 230 or www.alternativesforgirls.org.
